Computer System Change

We have now changed our computer system to SystmOne. We would like to thank everyone for their help during the migration and their continuing patience over next few weeks whilst we get to grips with the new system.

SystmOnline provides online services for patients. If you had an active online account with EMIS Access (our old supplier) you will still need new log in details. Please visit the Online Services page for more information.

Care Quality Commission (CQC)

Named GP

Since April 2015, all patients have been allocated a named, accountable GP. Details of your named GP will be communicated to new patients when they register at the Practice. Existing patients can find details of their named GP on their repeat prescription slip or by asking Reception

Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view summary details from your medical record on-line.

SystmOnline can be accessed here . Patients can use this service to book a routine appointment with a GP, cancel an appointment, order repeat prescriptions and view summary information from your medical record. Please use SystmOnline to order a repeat prescription rather than the link at the bottom of the home page, unless you are ordering for a child.
