Our new triage system has now been running since the 10th of September 2025.
Please note to use the triage you have 3 options currently:-
- Website – https://bearwoodmedicalpractice.co.uk – then use the contact us online.
- You can come to the surgery and complete a triage form which will be entered that day for you
- You can call the surgery, if you have no access to the internet or no mobile telephone. The staff will take all details and complete a triage for you, and this will be entered that day for you.
A member of the surgery team may send you a reply following the triage doctors review of your request, this will be within 48 hours.
At this current time our new triage is not available via the NHS App, we are working on this urgently so that patients can use the triage link via the NHS App. We will announce when the link is available – in the meantime you need to use the easy triage link on our website.
Admin / Medication requests / Fit notes / Test results / Registrations – these triage links are all open 8 – 5pm each day Monday to Friday and again can be found on the triage link on the website.
If your medical matter cannot wait until triage is available each day Monday to Friday, please contact the NHS 111 Service.
