Protect your skin, even in UK

You don’t have to be on holiday to risk sun damage. Even on cloudy days, UV rays can harm your skin and increase the risk of skin cancer.
🧴 Top tips
• Use sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and 4-star UVA protection
• Reapply every 2 hours and after swimming
• Wear a hat, sunglasses and stay in the shade between 11am and 3pm
