Firstly the new triage system seems to be working well for patients and staff.
To use the triage, you have 4 options: –
- Website – https://bearwoodmedicalpractice.co.uk– then use the contact us online.
- Use your NHS App which will log you on to the SystmConnect via your mobile.
- You can come to the surgery and complete a triage form which will be entered that day for you
- You can call the surgery, if you have no access to the internet or no mobile telephone. The staff will take all details and complete a triage for you, and this will be entered that day for you.
A member of the surgery team may send you a reply following the triage doctors review of your request, this will be within 48 hours.
PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH OUR STAFF WHILST THEY GET USE TO THE NEW TRIAGE SYSTEM – THIS IS NEW TO THEM AS WELL.
Banks Surgery – Winton
Luckily, we are remaining open at the Banks Surgery, Wimborne Road, Winton until the New Year. We are very grateful to all parties who have made this possible. We will of course keep all patients up date with the situation over the Banks Surgery and any new premises we may move to in the New Year.
