Steps2Wellbeing is an NHS service for people aged 18+ and offers a range of treatments for people experiencing mild to moderate depression and anxiety disorders.

Kooth is an online counselling and emotional well-being platform for children and young people, accessible through mobile, tablet and desktop and free at the point of use.

Where’s Your Head At provides helpful information and advice about young people’s mental health and emotional well-being.

 

Physical Health Services

Care Direct give care and support to vulnerable adults and carers. Our social care teams can be reached through Care Direct. They give advice on getting care and the help we offer. You can also find information on My Life, My Care.

Healthier Together provides you with information to help keep your child safe and healthy, as well as helping you decide what to do when your child is unwell.

LiveWell Dorset supports people along their journey to a happier and healthier life with guidance on quitting smoking, losing weight, drinking less alcohol and moving more.

Maternity Matters is your guide to maternity options and services in Dorset and is where you can self-refer to their services.

Sexual Health Dorset is composed of three Sexual Health Service NHS providers in Dorset who provide contraceptive and sexual health services across the county.

 

Financial Help Services

Money Talks is a free service, funded by J P Morgan, offering assistance and guidance to people in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area who have financial concerns, or who require help with budgeting and to be able to understand their options and plan for the future. It especially aims to help those experiencing adverse life events such as: employment issues, relationship/family changes health issues or a significant change in income and can also provide coaching and support with basic digital skills and financial technology.
