Unless told otherwise your x-ray request will have been set up electronically. This means there is no form to take and the hospital will simply ask for some basic details to access the request.

Please telephone the Radiology booking team on 0300 019 8606, between 9am and 5pm on any standard weekday.
If your X-ray examination follows recent trauma (and is to exclude a broken bone), there is no need to make an appointment and you can attend The Royal Bournemouth hospital at any time between 9:00am-4:30pm on standard weekdays.
If your X-ray examination is for a Chest X-ray (only), then there is no need to make an appointment. You can attend either The Royal Bournemouth Hospital at any time between 9:00am-4:30pm on any standard weekday.
